For fabrication of slings DHLC uses its trusted network, proofloading by DHLC own testbench and a verification statement by DNV.

Consultancy & support

DHLC provides consultancy and support services for clients seeking independent verification and/or (offshore) installation support. Our expertise ensures reliable, objective assistance throughout the verification and installation process.

DHLC provides a comprehensive range of lifting equipment to meet a wide variety of lifting requirements. Our portfolio includes shackles, soft slings, lifting beams, and a broad selection of specialized lifting devices, all available in various capacities and configurations. For lifting equipment with capacities below 250 tonnes, we recommend our partner, HLR (Heavy Lift Rental), which specializes in the rental of lower-capacity lifting equipment.

Flange Alignment Tool
Tool to align two misaligned flanges this can be a monopile an transition piece flange of a monopile/transition piece flange and a turbine tower flange. In case of oval flanges, this tool can also be used to make the flanges round.

SkyBox
Skybox is an access platform for offshore wind foundations. Where the classical TP is losing ground due to emerging TP-less designs, Skybox addresses the downsides of the current TP-less designs by removing the brackets that are welded on the monopile, removing the boat landing and ladder, combined with a one-lift installation technique that requires no special installation tooling.
